Appointments

We understand that things change! If a cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, a 24 hour notice is requested. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled fee.

The entire shoot amount will be assessed if the photographer arrives at the property to find the shoot is cancelled (including denied access to the property and the home not being ready for photos), as we won’t be able to fill that time with another job.

If circumstances which delay or cancel the shoot are beyond the Homeowner, Agent or Photographer’s control, the job may be rescheduled without penalty.

Locations outside of the San Gabriel Valley area may be subject to a travel fee.

Image use is a non-exclusive license for the one-time sale of this property by the invoiced agent(s). This non-exclusive license is extended to the MLS to which you upload for the compilation related to this listing. It is possible to find this compilation on a variety of sites as pertains to the listing and this is not a violation of said copyright.

Images cannot be re-sold or licensed to additional agents or contractors. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to, other agents, architects, builders, stagers, designers, leasing agents, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.

All images produced for the Client may be used by the Client for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the Client’s self promotion for an unlimited period of time. The photos may also be used by the Client’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed.

Under current copyright laws, ownership of all photos belongs entirely to Susan Pickering (“PHOTOGRAPHER”), owner of Susan Pickering Photography. The Photographer retains all rights to photos taken of properties unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Images may be downloaded and saved by the seller of the home for PERSONAL use only.

We request that use of the images in any online or print publications (such as Curbed LA, LA Times Home of the Week, Pasadena Magazine, etc.) is accompanied by photo credit to Susan Pickering Photography.
Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of Paypal invoice, typically immediately following delivery of the photographs
